Framed hand-colored engraving showing the Battle of Germantown, c. 1860. Shows aligned troops approaching from left under cover of trees, and two unsaddled horses escaping to the right. Red tint has been applied to the coats of the attacking Americans. Identical to the print that appeared in Graham's Magazine in 1859, except that the names of the artist and engraver are lacking from the lower left and right of the image.
