Object Name Cachepot
Description Reproduction of topaz Fitzhugh Chinese export porcelain of late eighteenth, early nineteenth century. One of two round cachepots with American eagle surrounded by Fitzhugh design on front and back. Eagle has wings open, red, white and blue shield over body and banner in beak with "E Pluribus Unum" on banner. Cachepot sits on five feet, 1/2" tall, and have one gilt line around inside of opening.

Inscribed: "Mottahedeh / Vista va alegre / Portugal"
